INCO Education - Providing Professional and Updateable Websites to Schools & Colleges.

This portfolio is a brief list of some of INCO's clients' web sites. This is by no means a complete list. It is intended to show the range of sites/site types that INCO Software Solutions has developed along with schools and colleges that have chosen INCO Software Solutions to construct their on-line presence.
On 8th May 1905 Palmers Green High School and Kindergarten was opened by its founder, Miss Alice Hum. Originally located in Number 1, Osborne Road, Palmers Green, the school had twelve pupils when it began, but by 1918 the school had grown to 300 pupils and had moved to Avondale Hall, in Hoppers Road.
Although the Avondale Hall site is where the school is currently located, pupils from the early days would hardly recognise PGHS now since many renovations, alterations and additions have taken place since that time.
The school has always had a strong tradition of raising money for charity. During the First World War the girls helped to raise funds for children in Europe, and made weekly contributions to support a bed in a hospital for soldiers.
The Burgate School and Sixth Form Centre is a very successful 11 – 18 mixed comprehensive school situated on the outskirts of Fordingbridge, a small market town on the edge of the New Forest. Salisbury, Bournemouth and Southampton are all within easy driving distance, as are the English Channel ports of Poole and Portsmouth. The major cities of Bath, Bristol and London are all easily accessible by road and rail, and the New Forest National Park, Isle of Purbeck, Jurassic Coast and Salisbury Plain further enrich and enhance the natural beauty of the local environment. This is a highly desirable area in which to live and work.
The school has a very attractive site with extensive, well-kept grounds. All accommodation is in permanent buildings and each area is equipped to a high standard. The school has an excellent reputation in the local community. Over forty per cent of our pupils and students live in Wiltshire or Dorset and attend the school by parental choice. There are currently seven hundred and fifty pupils on roll in Years 7 to 11 and over two hundred and fifty students in the Sixth Form.
