We are delighted with our new website based around INCO Software Solutions’ web content management system INCO-CMS! Throughout the process of selecting a provider for our website INCO were friendly, supportive and quick to assist with our queries.

INCO demonstrated INCO-CMS in a clear, concise and transparent manner. Since our site has been setup it had been easy to use and maintain. The staff are able to confidently use the system in order to update content even though they have limited IT experience and knowledge. The content management facilities are very simple to use .

INCO-CMS also works very effectively alongside our VLE . Web traffic to the website has also increased. Having spent many hours constructing our own website, I decided to call in the professionals when the end result was less than satisfactory. Several design companies were contacted and following numerous demonstrations I felt INCO understood our needs and had both the technical knowledge and design flair to construct a site which met our very precise demands.

Sir John Thursby Community College is a new BSF build and I felt something special was needed to launch our new venture. INCO have been fully supportive of our demands, even when our questioning bordered on naive. We met with a number of companies, including INCO Software Solutions. Straightaway we were impressed by INCO’s professional and friendly approach. Their knowledge and experience of software applications within the education sector was very apparent and I was confident they could fulfil our requirements. We started working with INCO and the new website www.braintree.ac.uk was launched last year.

In their written proposal for the development of the website INCO described the high specification of their content management systems and we can really appreciate the importance of this. The volume and diversity of information on the website is managed exceptionally well. Furthermore, the site is constantly growing with weekly updates and new sections being planned for the future. The website is key to our marketing campaigns and the monthly usage statistics provided by INCO are used in the marketing planning process.
